I have to admit, tonight I am tired; my bones are weary. However, the Lord graciously provided me with a verse of encouragement. "Be of good courage and He shall strengthen your heart, all you who hope in the Lord" (Psalm 31:24). Our hope is in The Lord.
We are so excited to see steps forward and to be steps closer to walking out of the hospital at the end of the day with Andrew in our care. All IVs have been discontinued and he has graduated to a "big boy bed." His tube feeds are being advanced and the doctors are allowing me to nurse once daily. As I declared in my previous post, God is able!
