"Sip and See" - Our Trip to West Texas

Well, we survived the road trip. Overall, Christian did remarkably well traveling; he had a few melt-downs but that was to be expected with such a long trip. One could say this was a trip of introductions...meeting Uncle "Fish," Great Grandma D, staying at Granny and Grandpa's house for the first time, and meeting A LOT of new people. It was so much fun to have everyone love on our little boy. The "Sip and See" shower was absolutely wonderful. The hostesses thought of everything and truly made the night special. I was again amazed at the generosity of people; they showered us with gifts for Christian as he gets a bit older. We received everything from plates and spoons to his first car (a 4-in-1 toy he can rock on, learn to walk with, and eventally ride on.) Here are just a few pictures from the long weekend :)
