What Joy!

As I sit here tonight with the last batch of cookies in the oven, I cannot help but think about the joy in my heart as I prepare some goodies for my son's second birthday. I do not get excited about my birthday; I don't dread it because I am getting older, but I do not like all the attention it brings. However, I am extremely excited about Christian's birthday. I know he will not remember the day; nor will I probably remember what we gave him for his second birthday. However, celebrating our Little Man's life, the joy it brings, the lessons he has taught, and the love that abounds, my heart rejoices.
