More Summer Adventures, More Animals

It appears we have a theme this summer...animals. Having a zoo pass, we have enjoyed getting to know the various animals (although the pigeons in the parking lot appear to bring Christian just as much joy as the adorable baby elephant). It has remained hot here in Texas but that has not deterred us. Earlier this summer we went to the zoo with my parents; our boy enjoyed "monkeying" around with Papa and Granny. Our dear friends, Christi, Ashley, and Connor joined us in the second visit of the summer. After an initial hesitancy in the water park and with some coaxing from his friends, Christian soon joined in the fun. On a hot day, there was no better place to be than cooling off and enjoying the wonderful ways of water.
